Silvar Kennels was established in 1981 and is located in Austin, TX. We are a small, discriminating hobby kennel that prides itself on producing GWPs that are not only terrific hunting partners and outstanding conformation contenders, but wonderful family companions as well. On March 1, 2005 Travis (the dog pictured on this page) left to wait for us at the Rainbow Bridge. He was a terrific dog, everything a GWP should be, and we miss him terribly.
