"Silvar"

Silvar was a puppy that could steal your heart.

She could do anything. Here we were spending the day working with our new shorthair puppy, teaching her to point. Silvar got so excited that we decided to let her have a go. She learned to point faster than the shorthair did!!

She didn't like to show, at first. Probably because I was SO nervous. But later she began to think it was the most fun she'd had! She was a trooper and a doll. A real ambassador for the breed. We lost her in 1995 to mammary cancer. She is still missed and loved today!
